Fourth
of July Parade in Julian, CA - Dubbed by some as
“the best small town July Fourth parade in America. ”Pre-parade
activities start at 10 a.m. Parade starts at noon on Main Street. In
addition to the parade, Julian’s July Fourth festivities include an
extended weekend–full of activities: the historic quilt show put on
by the Julian Women’s Club, a traditional deep-pit barbecue dinner
presented by the American Legion, and entertainment in town all day

Independence
Day Celebration – Silver City, NM:
Parades, fireworks
and an old-time Ice Cream Social are highlights during Silver City's
Annual Independence Day festivities held on Friday, July 4 &
Saturday, July 5. Enjoy traditional parades, live music, games, arts
& crafts, food, a tug of war, and fireworks. Silver City's July 4
Parade features riders and groups celebrating Grant County's Western
heritage with many participants mounted on horseback, adding to the
